December and January Past Activities

Q2 Plenary Session & After Plenary Karaoke

Once more the tracks came together to learn about something together, this time about augmented reality technology, with a heavy focus on SnapChat and what they’re working on. After everyone was welcome to join in for Karaoke and other fun in the Technobar! 

December SWOTMD

With Glühwein and Hot Chocolate (with extra whipped cream of course) the tappers from DriCie were ready to warm everyone up in this cold month! Not only that, but the drink was held right after the mini-lectures where people can experience what each of the (bachelors) honours tracks is like before applying, so we had a bunch of new friends and people joining us for extra holiday fun

Maastricht Christmas Trip

Of course with Christmas right around the corner (at time of writing anyways) Christmas markets are popping up everywhere and where better to go than a place you haven’t been to yet? TripCie invited everyone along for a trip to Maastricht where we got to explore the city and the christmas market there. With ice-skating, and enough snacks to skip dinner, a really fun day in a new city!

Movie Night

In the atrium, with lots of snacks and company, a movie night was held. Democratic voting for the movie took a bit but in the end there was more than enough time to finish two movies, decided upon by everyone. Good vibes, fun times!

January SMOTMD

In the coldest time of year, ockham came together for an apres-ski themed drink. Prepped with hot chocolate and everything, another fun drink

Bachelors Intro Activity

It is the season to welcome the new honours cohort! With fun activities and a drink after the new cohort got its first introduction to our community, coming few weeks will be more activities where we will hopefully see more of them :)
