FMOTMD (Candi Reveal)

This last drink of the year was not just any regular drink, this time the association was introduced to the candidate board for next year! This drink marked the start of their journey to learning how to become board. Make sure to congratulate them if you meet them in the Ockham Room :)

GalaCie Dance Workshop

As the gala is looming, GalaCie organized a dance workshop to prepare everyone to show off their best moves on the dancefloor. Staying in the theme of the gala, Bridgerton, the dance workshop focussed on balfolk dancing, some of which were also actually in the show! Very fun evening and great preparation for the gala.

Cocktail Workshop

After previous successes DriCie once again organized a workshop around cocktails and how to make them. Once again a success, and made all the better by homemade simple syrups.

ACCIE Bouldering

A sporting activity to get moving was a great way to start the summer! For some this was their first time climbing, and others most definitely not, but a fun afternoon either way. 

Gala

True to the bridgerton theme, this ball was a gorgeous display of the finest outfits, and best dance moves. A celebration of the graduation of fellow honours students, and the year past in general!

Cancer Research Lunch Lecture

While savoring the pizza, the attendees learnt more about how the technology was developed to detect and treat the cancer by medical team from Twente.

Honours BBQ

An amazing event gathering all Honours students and teachers at AchterHorst. Current Honours students and alumni were invited to enjoy the BBQ. Students across different Honours track had a chance to meet each other. Everyone came with an empty stomach but surely left feeling stuffed 

Study Weekends

Just before summer starts, unfortunately there are still exams and deadlines in the way. Studying together in the Technohal is not only a great way to stay motivated, but also a great place to escape the heat!

With only the end of year activity and the active member activity still coming up, this we are almost at the very end of this academic year!
