Past Activities: Movie Night

Last month was a major highlight of the year, the Honours association Ockham had the privilege to host a movie night on 26. September. This activity was organized by ACCIE at the skybox association home cinema. People came from far and wide, from Enschede and maybe even beyond, to engage in this event.

Movie nights are really only as good as the people who attend them. Which is why we were so excited for the turn-out for this event. Of the people that actually showed up, everyone shared the same passion and that totally enriched the entire evening experience. This led to some long and interesting discussions, including about Buddhism and Gronau. In the end, even a massive UT campus-wide metro network was proposed.

However, what is a movie night without delicious snacks? That would (not) be nuts. Luckily, the main and supporting cast were there. Culinary and cultural specialties like chips and beer were in no short supply. There was plenty to go round for everyone there and it definitely enhanced the atmosphere.  

Overall. The movie night was an undoubted success. The very people who attended the occasion can attest that the movie night was a legit success. Possibly more events like this movie night can be organized as a result. Everyone enjoyed it. Even though not a single movie got watched. ;)
