April Past Activities

DHCie Weekend

During this weekend we hosted a bunch of students from other honours associations around the Netherlands at our campus. We got to know each other better, and did a bunch of fun activities together!

TMOTMD - Gala Theme Review

Due to exam weeks our regular drink came a week later but with a fun reveal, the theme for the gala! This year's theme will be: Bridgerton! So get all your best regency era clothes out and come dance. This also marks the start of the ticket sale so be sure to get your on time!

Food Ethics Lunch Lecture

During this lunch we learned about the omnivore dilemma, and started discussing what might come into play when discussing the ethics of food and eating. We need food to survive, but with the amount of choice we have in our supermarkets today, what is the right choice? Interesting discussions

Drone Workshop

The first collaboration between Ockham and DroneTeam took place, and some might say it was a “flying” success. Drones were built and then flown in the atrium; some of them survived the flight, and some suffered irreparable damages. But most importantly, Hammie, who was stuck on the roof of Technohal finally got rescued and brought back into the Ockham room.
