Starting off this year with the very first Second Monday Of The Month Drink, people came together to see each other again after the summer. With drinks and good stories everyone was welcomed back for the start of another amazing year. 

Lunch Lecture Jurnan Schilder

SympCie, our symposium committee, has been working over the summer to get a lunch lecture from Jurnan Schilder at the start of the year. Known as the rollercoaster professor, it was a treat to hear all about what you would need to take into account when designing a roller coaster and why they have the features they do.

Pedel Workshop

Not everyone is a seasoned CoBo (Constitution Drink) goer, the new board nevertheless needs pedellen to keep them safe, hence a pedel workshop was organised! What exactly are the rules? What can you expect at a CoBo? And many more questions - they were all tackled during this workshop, informative, and (hopefully) means the new board doesn’t get brassed ;)

Change GMM

At the general members meeting the 16th Board (‘vo) presented their reflection on the past year, and the 17th Board presented their policy plan for the association for the coming year. After everything the association now has a new board! Make sure to congratulate them if you see them around the room 

ACCIE BBQ

ACCIE starts off the year with a BBQ! While the weather may have been a little grey, it stayed dry. And with enough food and unlimited drinks and conversation we stayed out till late chatting and hanging out. Great way to start off the year.

CoBo

The Constitutie Borrel, otherwise known as a CoBo, was the perfect chance for everyone to congratulate and celebrate with our new board. While many bras attempts were made, our board and their pedellen stood strong and managed to only let the guestbook get brassed twice!
